It is designed to do one thing: fill databases with new contacts that match an ideal customer profile.
We generate the leads by creating a custom eBook asset that is used as a lead magnet.
eBooks are then promoted through various techniques, including paid social advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit) and email marketing through niche industry media outlets and professional associations.
When an end-user decides to download the content, they're asked to submit their contact details—these details are sent back to you and your VAR and/or software partner in real-time.
Additionally, your partner will have full rights to continue to use this eBook for their own purposes in perpetuity.
Content Creation
Each Appware Solutions campaign includes the creation of bespoke content piece branded with your logo and colors to use as the centerpiece for the campaign.
Campaign Planning
We'll develop a plan to reach your ideal customers wherever they hang out online. We'll also create the elements needed (graphics, landing pages, emails) to promote your eBook content on the channels we select.

Who does what?
Your team (or your VAR/software partner) will provide the following:

How long does it take?
Once the source of campaign funding has been established and approved, we need 3-4 weeks to develop the eBook and complete the technical setup before launching the campaign.

How much does it cost?
In the United States, a minimum campaign budget of $10k is required to cover the cost of eBook development and the pass-through costs associated with promoting the eBook via paid social advertising and third-party email marketing.
BlueStar's fee is 20% of the overall budget. In the example of a $10,000 campaign, BlueStar's fee would be $2,000. The remaining $8,000 would go towards eBook development and lead generation activities.

How many leads will we receive?
Due to the variable nature of the cost to advertise from industry to industry and the relative difficulty in generating leads, we cannot guarantee a minimum lead amount.
With that said, we frequently see a cost per lead in the US range from $60-120, meaning that a $10,000 campaign should result in between 60-120 eBook download leads.

How will we get the leads?
Through marketing automation, the BlueStar team will deliver your leads in real-time, just moments after the conversion.
You'll receive one-by-one lead notifications via email, and we'll also set up a shared cloud document with a consolidated view of all leads generated to date that you can easily export from to sync with your CRM system. -
Can we use the eBook after the campaign?
Yes. Each eBook created as part of an Appware Solutions campaign is tailored to your business and solution, so the document is yours to use however you want before, during, and after the campaign launch.

How do we get started?
If you are planning to fund the campaign yourself, fill out the campaign initiation form and an Appware Campaign lead will contact you to get the project started.
If you're planning to work with a vendor partner for full or partial funding, you should start by reaching out directly to your vendor rep, or your BlueStar BDM contact to determine the specifics. Once funding has been worked out, your BlueStar BDM contact can work as your liaison to get the projected started.
